Three dimentional body sculpture, liposuction, and fat transfer are surgical tecniques that are commonly use in the field of cosmetic surgery.  A well-known procedure employing all of these techniques is a butt augmentation with fat, also known as a Brazilian butt lift.  This surgery demands that the surgeon be an expert in all of these tecniques. During this procedure, the waist, abdomen, back, and hips are slimmed and sculpted with liposuction, then the fat is transferred, or grafted, to the buttocks. 

NON-SURGICAL NOSE JOB (NON-SURGICAL RHINOPLASTY)

As a nose job, or rhinoplasty, and revision rhinoplasty surgeon, I’ve recently had a lot of patients asking about non-surgical nose jobs.  It seems that over the past year, but especially the last six months, non-surgical nose jobs seem to be gaining a lot of attention not only from curious patients and the media, but also from board-certified plastic surgeons as well.  In this post, I’m going to highlight some of the recent advances in non-surgical rhinoplasty and specifically discuss my use of these fillers in the nose.
