These pictures are from a 28 year old girl from Clearwater Florida who lost 150 lb. after gastric bypass surgery. She came to the Plastic Surgery Center of Tampa after massive weigh lost complaining of excess of skin and sagging of upper arm skin or arm wings. Dr. Jaime Perez a Plastic Surgeon who uses conceal scar technique posterior scar brachioplasty and Z- Plasty in the Armpit; performed arm lift surgery (i.e. brachioplasty) in order to remove excess upper arm skin and improve upper arm contour.
