This patient is a 29 year old woman who was discontented with the size of her breasts and desired bigger, rounder and fuller breasts. Dr. Perez performed a breast augmentation, using 275cc silicone implants placed under the muscle, via a transaxillary incision, in order to leave the smallest scar possible.
