Breast Augmentation: 300cc Saline Implants

Description

This is a 25 year old girl who was unsure whether to have saline or silicone implants. After 1 year of research and comparing silicone vs saline implants she decided to have saline implants. She underwent breast augmentation using endoscopic approach through the armpit, with 300cc implants that were filled to 350cc's bilaterally. Due to her tissue characteristics and the width of her breasts this implant gave her a very good aesthetic result.
