Breast Augmentation: 375cc Silicone Implants to Create Fullness

This is a 35 year old mother of 2 children with a great physique but desired fuller breasts. She came to Dr. Jaime Perez at the Plastic Surgery Center of Tampa to receive silicone implants. He inserted 375cc silicone smooth round implants under the muscle through the patient's underarm (transaxillary approach). The photos on the right were taken 6 weeks after surgery and she is very happy with her result.
