These before and after photos are of a female patient who was 31 years old and was dissatisfied with the lack of fullness and roundness in her breasts. She wanted to have a more attractive look on the top portion of her chest. To achieve these results, Dr. Perez performed an endoscopic, transaxillary breast augmentation under the muscle using smooth, round, silicone breast implants filled to a volume of 440cc.
