Breast Lift: 31yr old Mastopexy Augmentation

Description

This patient was a 31 year old woman whose original breast mastopexy was performed by another surgeon. She was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts due to the sagging she was experiencing. Dr Perez corrected this by giving her smooth, round, moderate profile 450cc silicone implants placed under the muscle and then performing a mastopexy. This added both lift and upper pole fullness to her breasts, giving them a fuller, perkier appearance.
