Breast Lift: Correctional Breast Lift with Implants

This patient is a 25 year old woman who was experiencing grade II ptosis. She was dissatisfied with the the droopiness of her breasts, and sought corrective surgery. To achieve a lifted look without sacrificing perceived breast size, Dr. Perez first performed augmentation with 420cc saline implants, then performed a "lollipop" lift.
