Fat Grafting to Breast: Silicone implants with fat transfer to breasts

Description

This is a 36 year old female who had a saline breast augmentation several years ago and started to developed rippling. She desired to have her implants replaced with a larger 600cc silicone implant along with liposuction of the illiac rolls and fat grafting to the breasts. The fat grafting allowed her to have her breasts closer together with more of a fuller look on top. She is very pleased with the work of Dr. Jaime Perez.
