Male Breast Reduction/Gynecomastia: Young male breast tissue reduction

Description

This patient is a 27 year old male who had enlarged breast tissue due to family genetics. He felt very self cautious around his friends and girlfriend, even refrained from going to the beach or the pool during Florida summers. He was also very into sports and keeping active with his buddies, but was unable to lose the excess tissue from exercise.
