This patient is a 22 year old female who wanted to change the shape of her nose and had been contemplating the procedure for many years. Dr. Perez performed an open rhinoplasty procedure to reduce the dorsal hump and the width of the tip to improve projection and definition . She is now very happy with the results and her new look.
