Rhinoplasty nowadays, it's very different from 20 years ago. The same patients are coming for the same reasons for rhinoplasty, but we rhinoplastic surgeons have moved and evolved our techniques. What we're doing now is we're bringing patients who have over, in particular, a raise or particular features on the face that they want to change. And that's what we're addressing. Rhinoplastic patients end up with a nose that is natural. It's a nose that is their nose, it's not a different nose. It goes with the face. It goes with their face. It's elegant. It's the same nose, but more refined. So I'm not changing anybody's face and modifying the nose to make it a perfect nose that is going to fit the features of the face. I'm doing this to different patients. I respect the structure and the skeleton of the nose, including the cartilaginous skeleton as well as the bony part. By doing that, if I'm going to reduce the torsion, I could do a significant reduction of it if it's necessary. But also, I'm going to support it in such a way that breathing is not going to be affected. And in addition, you will have a nice, dorsal, aesthetic line, which is going to create beauty, even if it's a male or a female. A significant change is going to be done, but respecting and stabilizing the nose. In tip rhinoplasty, the techniques that we use are to preserve the support of the nose, to preserve the integrity of the nose, and yet to give an excellent aesthetic result. How is it done? By applying all the aesthetic principles and developing just a beautiful nose. Rhinoplasty, it is a simple procedure to get an incredible self-esteem to patients and an incredible satisfaction rate. It is simple because of the lovers of rhinoplasty. If you love rhinoplasty as a surgeon, you're going to incredibly change somebody's nose for the good. And I love rhinoplasty and that's what I do best.
