This patient is a 46 year old female who desired a mommy makeover to improve the appearance of her breasts and abdominal area. She especially wanted her breasts to look more uplifted and have more fullness in the upper pole. Dr Perez performed a breast augmentation (transaxillary incision) using silicone implants and a tummy tuck with liposculpture. She also underwent an umbilical hernia repair. She is delighted with her new appearance.
