Description
Our patient is a 31 year-old female with complaint of small, flat buttocks as well as localized, diet, and exercise resistant fatty deposits to the abdomen, flanks, iliac rolls, and back. A tummy tuck and liposuction followed by fat transfer to the buttocks were performed to remove the excess of fat from the torso and compensate the flatness of the buttocks. The patient is very happy with her results and her body.
