Our patient is a 46-year-old female who came with complaint of excess of skin and fat resistant deposits of her abdomen. To meet the patient's needs, Dr. Perez performed the lipoabdominoplasty surgery with liposuction of the trunk, excision of excess lower abdominal skin, plication of the rectus muscles, and repositioning and creating a neoumbilicus. Our patient is very excited with her post-surgical results.
