Bottoming Out: 21 year old - Bottoming Out
Description
The patient is a 21 year old female who had undergone a Breast Augmentation the previous year. The patient was very unhappy with the way her implants had bottomed out in such a short time period. We removed her 475cc-505cc implants and replaced them with 475 cc Silicone MemoryGel Round Implants through an inframammary incision, and placed underneath the muscle. The patient is so pleased with her new breast, and finally feels that they are placed where they needed to be from the beginning.
