Our patient is a 26-year-old female presenting with lipodystrophy of the trunk and inner thighs and small, ptotic buttocks. A liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, iliac rolls, back, upper lateral chest wall and inner thighs and fat transfer to the buttocks were performed. The patient is very happy with her results.
