The patient is a 31 year old female and mother of 3 children. She came to us unhappy with the stubborn fatty deposits on her abdomen, illiac rolls, and back as well as the excess skin on her lower abdomen from her previous pregnancies. The patient was also unhappy with the volume in her buttocks and wanted to correct that. We performed Liposuction of the abdomen, illiac rolls, and back. We repaired a hernia the patient had and plicated her muscles back together ( separation of the muscles due to pregnancies ). We then removed the excess skin from the lower abdomen, and transferred the fat to the buttocks. The patient really loves her new shape.
