Breast Implant Exchange: 62-Year-Old Female: Implant Exchange and Mastopexy

Our patient is a 62-year-old female with complaint of large breasts, sagging of the breasts, and loss of superior pole fullness. The patient was a DD-cup and wanted to be a D-cup. Dr. Perez performed an implant exchange with mastopexy. The patient has had a good recovery and excellent post-surgical results.
