This patient is a 42 year old woman who felt that her previous 550cc silicone implants were too large. Dr. Perez corrected this by removing the implants and replacing them with 305cc silicone implants. To give the breasts more upper pole fullness, Dr. Perez also performed a mastopexy, or breast lift. The patient is now pleased with the size and shape of her breasts.
