This is a 35 year old woman with sagging and loss of breast volume after pregnancy and child birth. She wanted to improve the shape of her breasts, raise the nipple position, and increase her breast size. She also wanted to minimize scarring while enhancing the fullness of the upper breast. Dr. Jaime Perez, a board-certified plastic surgeon, performed a short vertical scar breast lift surgery with simultaneous placement of 400cc silicone breast implants under the muscle.
