Breast Lift: Mastopexy with Augmentation & Fat Transfer
Description
The patient is a 42 year old female and mother of 3. The patient was very unhappy with the sagging of her breast and desired perkier fuller breast. Especially after 3 babies. We first performed a Vertical Lift ( Lollipop Lift ) to lift the breast and removed excess tissue and skin. We placed 300 cc Mentor MemoryGel Round implants to give the patient roundness and fullness on the top of the breasts. Later on we went to perform a small amount of liposuction to the upper lateral chest wall ( removed 600 cc ) and transferred 600 cc of fat to the bi-lateral breasts. The patient is so happy with her result.
