The patient is a 46 year old female. She was unhappy with the stubborn fatty deposit on her upper back, and flanks. In order to give the patient a desirable outcome liposuction was performed on her upper lateral chest wall, and flanks. 1500 ml of fat was removed. The patient is very happy now to be able to wear anything she wants.
