Our patient is a 35 year old female seen in consultation with complaint of dissatisfaction with her previous breast implants, bilateral breast ptosis, and loss of superior pole fullness and volume. Dr. Perez performed mastoplexy and exchanged the old silicone implants for 300cc smooth, round silicone implants. The patient is happy with her post-surgical results.
