Our patient is a 42-year-old female with complaint of a small, flat buttocks as well as localized, diet and exercise resistant fatty deposits of the abdomen, flanks, iliac rolls, and back. The patient also expressed her desire to have a breast augmentation. Dr. Perez performed a lipoabdominoplasty and breast augmentation using 325cc-500cc silicone implants placed under the pectoralis muscle via an inframmary approach. The patient is very happy with her post-surgical results
