Ruptured Implants: 40 years old female: Exchange of Implants Breast Augmentation Maxtopetsy Silicone
Description
Our patient is a 40-year-old woman who had breast augmentation mastopexy 12 years ago. She had developed breast deformities, secondary to capsular contraction. Recently she had a mammogram and ultrasound that suspected rupture of right breast implant. Dr. Perez performed an exchange of implants, silicone for silicone and periolar mastopexy with capsulotomy and capsuletomy. The implants are slightly larger that the previous ones. The patient is very happy with her results.
