this patient is a 44 year old female who had prior silicone breast augmentation. She desired to fix the deformity caused by severe capsular contracture. During this procedure, the patient's current silicone gel implants were removed due to capsular contracture and replaced by new 375cc silicone gel implants. This procedure was preformed by Jaime Perez, M.D., a board certified plastic surgeon serving the Tampa Bay, Florida area.
