Our patient is a 62-year-old female with complaint of large breasts, sagging of the breasts, and loss of superior pole fullness as well as small buttocks. Previously, the patient had a breast augmentation surgery more than 20 years ago, and she was a DD-cup and wanted to be a D-cup. Dr. Perez performed the Brazilian butt lift and implant exchange with mastopexy surgeries. The patient is very happy with her results.
