Our patient is a 36-year-old female with complaint of resistant fat deposits and enlarged breasts. Dr. Perez performed lipoabdominoplasty surgery with liposuction of the trunk, excision of excess lower abdominal skin, plication of the rectus muscles, and repositioning and creating a neoumbilicus. Also, Dr. Perez performed mastopexy augmentation using silicone implants. The patient is very happy with her post-surgical results.
