Ruptured Implants: R Capsular Contracture, L Leak of Saline Implant repair
Description
The patient is a 42 year old female who had undergone a Saline Breast Augmentation year ago. The implant on the Right breast never dropped into it's pocket, and the Left implant ruptured. In order to correct this for the patient we removed the old saline implants, corrected the capsular contracture in the right breast, and then placed 425cc of Smooth Moderate Plus Silicone implants. The patient is beyond happy with her result, and cant wait to keep seeing changes in the coming weeks.
