This patient is a 42 year old mother of 2 children that was unhappy with the appearance of her arms and the sagging of her skin. After having a gastric bypass procedure, she lost over 100 pounds and was left with a large amount of excess skin. She came to Dr. Jaime Perez at the Plastic Surgery Center of Tampa for a consultation regarding brachioplasty. Dr. Perez created an incision on the inner part of her arms and took out all the excess skin around the muscle. The patient was very pleased with her outcome and now confidently wear tank tops and short sleeved shirts.
