This patient is a 41 year old mother of one adult child who desired a change in her overall appearance for many years. She specifically wanted to remove the excess skin and fat in her abdomen to create a younger, hour-glass look. She received liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, iliac rolls and back to create a contoured look combined with a tummy tuck.
