Mommy Makeover: Mastopexy Lollipop Scar with Tummy Tuck

Description

This patient is a 44 year old woman who was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts and abdominal area. She was happy with her breast size but wanted them to look more uplifted and youthful. Dr Perez performed a vertical mastopexy with a minimal lollipop scar to lift the breasts out of their state of grade 2 ptotis. He also reduced the size of her areolas to be more proportionate to her breasts. A lipoabdomioplasty was also performed to remove the patient's unsightly excess skin and sculpt the abdomen into a more shapely hourglass figure. During this portion of the procedure the patient's abdominal muscles were also tightened to create a flatter, tighter tummy. The patient is very pleased with her result.
