Fat Grafting to Breast: Breast Capsular Contracture

38 year old who had severe capsular contracture after saline implants placement under the muscle. She had undergone five surgeries by different surgeons in attempt to correct this problem. In the past she had exchange of implants for new implants and multiple capsulectomy's. After all these surgeries she was left with a severe contracture deformity in the left breast. Dr. Jaime Perez removed both implants, performed a breast lift and added fat to both breasts successfully correcting this severe deformity.
