Our patient is a 23-year-old female presenting with bilateral breast hypomastia. The patient reported to be unhappy with the size of her breast. During her consultation, the implant size was selected based on her body features. Dr. Perez performed breast augmentation with silicone implants placed under the pectoralis muscle via a transaxillary approach. The patient is very pleased with her surgical results.
