Our patient is a 43-year-old female presenting with bilateral breast hypomastia. The patient had a strong desire to augment the size of her breasts without looking disproportional. Dr. Perez performed breast augmentation with silicone implants placed under the pectoralis muscle via a transaxillary approach using 425cc silicone implants. The patient is very excited with her results.
