Our patient is a 48-year-old female who came with the desire of having a breast augmentation surgery. Previously, the patient was a A cup and wanted to be a C - cup. Dr. Perez performed breast augmentation using Saline implants placed under the pectoralis muscle via an inframammary approach with implants ranging in size from 350 cc to 400 CC size range. The patient reported to be extremely happy with her post-surgical results.
