Breast Lift: 27-Year-Old Female: Silicone Breast Augmentation with Mastopexy
Description
The patient is a 27-year-old female with complaint of small breasts, sagging of the breasts, and loss of superior pole fullness. The patient was a D cup and wanted to be a DD cup. Dr. Perez proceeded by performing a breast augmentation using 400cc smooth, round moderate Mentor silicone implants. The incision approach was periareolar and the implants were placed under the pectoralis muscle. Dr. Perez also worked on mastopexy or breast lift. The patient reported to be happy with her post-surgical results.
